Make the message matter.
I develop platform-first content that helps brands explain complex ideas, answer audience questions and build stronger conversations.
Strategy · Copy · Creative directionContent built for different audiences and objectives.
A selection of LinkedIn content across real estate marketing, homebuyer education, brand storytelling and search-led content. Each piece is built around a clear audience need, a strong editorial angle and a platform-appropriate format.

That means the story cannot stop at an impressive render. Buyers need a clear picture of the location, the developer’s track record, the masterplan, layouts, payment structure and the lifestyle the project is designed to offer.
Each touchpoint should answer a different question: the launch film creates desire, the landing page explains the proposition, the brochure helps compare details, and follow-up content builds confidence with useful information.
In off-plan marketing, aspiration earns attention. Clarity earns consideration.

Save this checklist and use it when comparing your next shortlist. A home decision deserves more than a quick scroll through photographs.

Think sculpted gold tones, delicate detailing and pieces designed to move easily from a family celebration to an intimate evening out. Some pieces are chosen for the occasion; the ones we keep close become part of our own story. Viraasat brings that sense of heritage into the way we dress today. Explore the edit, find the detail that feels like you, and make it part of your everyday story.

That doesn’t mean choosing one over the other. It means making content easier to understand, trust and use-wherever people search for answers.
Visibility gets you noticed. Usefulness gives people a reason to remember you.

One theme, a connected narrative.
A 99acres homebuyer series that turns a high-stakes purchase into manageable checks: assess the home, understand the total cost and verify the project before committing.

Buying a home? Don’t let the sample flat make the decision for you.
A beautifully staged sample flat can help you imagine the space. But your decision should be based on the home you will actually receive. Check the floor plan, carpet area, natural light, ventilation, storage, lift access, parking and the view from your specific unit. Ask what is included in the quoted price and what costs extra. The right questions now can prevent expensive surprises later.
Compare the full cost, not just the base price.
Your budget should account for more than the advertised property price. Ask for a written cost sheet covering applicable taxes, registration and stamp duty, parking, floor-rise charges, maintenance deposits, club or amenity fees and any other one-time charges. If you are taking a home loan, factor in processing fees and the total interest outgo too. Compare two properties on the same cost basis before deciding.
Before you book, verify the project and the paperwork.
Check the project’s RERA registration and approved details on the relevant state RERA portal. Read the agreement carefully, confirm the promised possession timeline and understand the delay clauses. Ask about construction status, completion and occupancy certificates where applicable, and the developer’s previous delivery record. If anything is unclear, get it clarified in writing before you pay.
